Are all your items handmade?

Yes! All of my products are made by hand with copious amounts of love and care in a smoke free, but cat-friendly home! Any other production contributions with be noted in each listing!
What kind of orders do you take?

I love trying to bring your imagination to life, so I'm fairly open to most all custom requests if I can find a pattern for it! However, there are a handful of things I don't do custom work with. First and foremost, I DO NOT make blankets, of any size, or weight. I offer several adorable alternatives to baby layettes such as lovies, or cocoon sleep sacks!
Do you do Holiday themed "drops"?

YES!! I love "dropping" special seasonal themed products specially made with you in mind!!
What is your shipping area?

Currently, I am only able to ship within the US.
Are your stickers and decals waterproof?

The decals are made with permanent adhesive vinyl and is rated to withstand the elements on cars, cups, decor items, etc. The holographic printed stickers are water resistant and I do not recommend letting them soak or putting them in the dishwasher!
Do you have a storefront location?

I am not featured in any shops or stores at the moment, but you can find me in person at any of the markets or shows I attend! In the blog section, you will find the ever updating show schedule for 2023!
How do you handle returns or exchanges?

All custom orders are final. With that said, I reserve the right to take returns on a case by case basis. Returns will only be accepted if the item is received damaged, broken, or not as the listing described. If ordering for a gift, only a shop credit or product exchange is accepted.
What is the Turn Around Time on custom orders?

Everything that is listed in the shop is Ready To Ship! So that means a short wait for you as I ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the exception of "Drop Weeks" Custom Orders take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on order and difficulty of project. This timeframe includes production time, quality inspection and shipping. The process for making a custom order starts by sending a chat!
